THE PROCESS

How to Get Started

01 Reach Out

Contact us by phone or through our website. We’ll answer your questions and help you understand which services may be the right fit.

02 Coordinate with Your Team

If the individual receives waiver funding, their resource coordinator can make a referral directly. We work closely with coordinators and state personnel throughout the process.

03 Visit Us

We encourage tours and visits so you can see our programs firsthand, meet our staff, and get a feel for the environment. References are available upon request.

04 Begin Services

Once a referral is in place and the individual is approved, we develop an individualized plan built around their needs, preferences, and goals.

“Choosing Progress Unlimited, Inc. for our son was one of the best decisions we have made. Our son is blind and within the autistic spectrum, so we were concerned about the relationship between him and his one-on-one coordinator. Our concern was unfounded. The dedicated staff goes above and beyond to ensure each participant receives the individualized support they need. The staff is friendly, supportive, and genuinely cares about the well-being of the participants. Our son is very happy at PUI.”
