Progress Unlimited’s Employment Services are designed to customize employment opportunities and foster career growth. The focus is on independent job placement, employment training, and ongoing support in an integrated community setting.
Since receiving our Supported Employment license in 2014, we’ve helped individuals find jobs that match their skills, interests, and long-term goals—building confidence and independence along the way.

01 Discovery
We start by understanding each person’s strengths, interests, and employment goals through one-on-one conversations and assessments.
02 Job Development
Our team identifies and develops job opportunities in the community that align with the individual’s skills and preferences.
03 Placement & Training
We support the individual through the hiring process and provide on-the-job training to ensure a strong start and a comfortable transition.
04 Ongoing Support
Our commitment doesn’t end at placement. We provide continued support to help with retention, workplace challenges, and career growth over time.
