Serving Baltimore County residents from our centrally located center in Owings Mills, the Adult Medical Day Care and Wellness Center is licensed by the State of Maryland and has maintained a reputation as a trusted resource for families and care coordinators since 2008.
The center operates as an open environment where participants can move freely, spend time with friends, get exercise, enjoy music, or take part in a wide range of activities—all at their own pace. Individualized plans are designed around the needs and preferences of each participant and their family.
Our program has earned a strong reputation for working with individuals who use wheelchairs and those with acute medical needs. Many resource coordinators consider it a top referral choice.
Staff Ratio: 1:6 supervision
Meals: Two nutritionally balanced meals served daily
Setting: Modern facility with large windows, calming views, indoor sitting area, and outdoor garden

Large windows offer calming views from the indoor sitting area. A potted garden and outdoor space provide a natural setting for visits and relaxation.
03 Snoezelen® Multi-Sensory Room
A dedicated sensory environment designed to stimulate or calm participants through light, sound, texture, and aroma—tailored to individual needs and preferences.
04 Modern Amenities
A sport court, horticulture room, salon services, and dedicated spaces for cooking classes, arts, and movement programs—all within a modern, well-maintained facility.
